Master Terms of Use & Confidentiality Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to AQUOM Gulf LLC.
This Master Terms of Use & Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the legally binding terms governing your access to and use of www.aquom.ae, including the procurement of industrial solutions, access to technical documentation, and handling of proprietary information. By accessing this website, downloading documentation, requesting technical information, or engaging with AQUOM Gulf LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 Corporate Entity & Jurisdiction

This Agreement governs the legal relationship between the User and AQUOM Gulf LLC, an industrial operating company registered within the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), United Arab Emirates. All commercial activities, technical engagements, and contractual relationships shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1.2 Compliance with UAE Law

1.3 Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content made available through this website remains the exclusive intellectual property of VerDara Capital and AQUOM Gulf LLC.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

5. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to preserve the original intent of the Agreement.
